Calibration Services
CEMMNT provides a comprehensive range of calibration services through our UKAS accredited partners' laboratories. We deliver a fast turn-around service to re-certify standard samples, calibrate metrology instrumentation and measure components. New standard samples are available for many metrology techniques to enable you to self calibrate instrumentation.CEMMNT’s service enables you to quantify and correct for errors in standards and measuring equipment to ensure the accuracy of results.

Capabilities include:
- Certification of standard samples for critical dimensions, roughness, texture, straightness and roundness to international traceable standards
- Certification of client test samples
- Calibration and verification of your metrology instruments on or off site
- Diameter and length calibration for spheres, plugs, rings and length bar
- Testing of optical lenses and spectacles, flats and spheres for form, asphericity, flatness and power
- Gauge block calibration
- Calibration of autocollimators, clinometers, levels, polygons, prisms and telescopes.
- UKAS certified traceable measurements to international standards of customer supplied components, prototypes
- Standard samples available for calibrating a wide range of metrology instruments including stylus, optical, scanning probe and coordinate measuring techniques
