Optics

CEMMNT provide rapid response measurement solutions for a wide range of optics. Form and finish of large aperture and micro lenses can be determined with advanced software analysis of asphericity. Our stylus and optical techniques can accurately map 3D geometries of complex optics including Fresnel lenses and waveguides. Optical coatings can be characterised for film thickness, uniformity and composition.

Our clean-room laboratories are additionally equipped to characterise optical properties of lenses, materials and devices and undertake failure analysis and identify trace contaminants.
